PRx Mobility bands are some of the most economical, yet versatile mobility tools available today. From pre-workout mobility to post workout recovery, body weight assistance and strength training resistance, these bands are a must have for any athlete. All bands are 41” long, 3/16” thick and are available in a variety of widths and resistance.

Used by trainers and physical therapists to help patients and clients perform isometric and stabilization exercises, monster walks, lateral walks, and squats that help to improve mobility after a tear or injury.

Suggested Uses:

  • Mix & match - use two or three together at one time to create multiple levels of resistance!
  • Great for P90x, Insanity, CrossFit moves, Yoga, Pilates, and Beachbody
  • Strength training, toning upper and lower body
  • Isolate and target glutes, legs, hips, & knees!
  • Not JUST for pull-ups. Tie a band to a column or post and use it for rows or an awesome twisting oblique workout. Stand on it for shoulder presses, good mornings, or curls.
  • Use for pre & post workout. Stretch those quads, hammies, calves, and more.
