It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)
Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

Love the space-saving squat rack and how easy it is to get it up and down. Although the bench is a little more “clunky” , it does the job, looks great, and I know I’ll learn and get in the habit of taking it up and down without landing on my toes! All the other accessories are great except the dip station was wayyyy too heavy and awkwardly shaped to safely get on/off the wall storage space I had initially planned it for. Sadly have to return that piece and the spring collars because they just simply don’t work. Overall, I’m still happy due to the function and beauty of my new space with equipment I never thought I could ever have stored off the ground!

Since the start of the pandemic, and the closing of gyms everywhere, my wife and I were looking for a way to exercise at home at the same intensity we did in the gym. With limited space, we had to make some sacrifices in our cardio but this fold up system has been amazing to rebuild the strength we've both lost. With just a 10 second trip to the garage/gym its incredibly difficult to make an excuse not to exercise. Worth. Every. Penny.
