Shipping
Shipping Policy
Majority of your order will ship within 3-5 business days, however, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for us to process your entire order. Pre-Ordered and Back Ordered products will ship as soon as they come available.
We ship our orders via Fed Ex Ground. Transit usually takes 3-7 business days. During the holiday season, please allow 7-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking information the day your order ships from our facility.
PRx Performance HIGHLY recommends purchasing shipping insurance from SavedBy at checkout. This will cover any issues during the shipping process from damaged to stolen items. If a customer is to opt out of shipping insurance, additional shipping charges MAY occur for replacement products.
Large orders ship via Less than Truck Load (LTL) Freight. A member from the PRx Crew will reach out with details.
Saved By shipping Insurance is currently only available on cart values up to $4,000. If a customer would like to purchase shipping insurance on a cart value of over $4,000 they must split their cart into two separate purchases and purchase insurance on BOTH orders.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to ship orders in 3-5 business days. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email if you need to cancel or change your order. If a cancellation request is received before your order has been processed, we are able to cancel the order. If an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it and our standard Return Policy applies. If you wish for us to reroute the packages back to our warehouse, a minimum base fee of $25 per package will be charged for the return shipping costs, along with the standard 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event that FedEx is unable to reroute all of your packages, the shipping cost to return a package will be the standard cost of the shipping label provided by PRx Performance.
Undeliverable Shipments
Any order that is deemed undeliverable will be returned to the shipper. Refunds for undeliverable shipments will be processed after 30 days if customer fails to respond to calls and emails to set up a delivery time.
Customers that do contact us within 30 days to schedule delivery will be responsible to pay new shipping costs as well as previous return shipping costs before product reships.
After 30 days returned shipments will be refunded less return shipping fees and storage fees if applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
For any returns within 30 days, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping and a 10% restocking fee equal to the amount of the original item cost. Outbound shipping costs from the original order are nonrefundable. If you decide to return a product, we will send you a FedEx return label. The product needs to be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label. The cost of the return label would be deducted from your final refund. We will process your return within a week of receiving the returned product. If accepted, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
For any returns outside of the 30 day return window, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping and a 10% restocking fee equal to the amount of the original item cost. Outbound shipping costs from the original order are nonrefundable. The customer will also need to provide photos of the products in a returnable condition. If accepted, the refund will be issued as an eGift Card. The cost of the return label would be deducted from your final refund. We will process your return within a week of receiving the returned product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the return is approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, we will process your return within a week of receiving the returned product and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to four weeks for your credit to be posted due to shipping and processing times. If you haven’t received a refund after four weeks, please first check with your bank. There is often a lag time before the refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and there is still no sign of your refund, please contact us at sales@prxperformance.com.
Delivery Confirmation & Stolen Package Claims
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If tracking information shows a confirmed delivery (including proof of delivery), but the customer reports the package as stolen or not received, the following policies apply:
- For orders or individual items valued at over $500, a police report must be filed prior to any replacement, reshipment, or claim review. Including claims through 3rd-party shipping insurance providers.
- A copy of the official police report must be submitted to our support team.
PRx Performance reserves the right to deny claims that do not include required documentation. - If shipping insurance was not purchased, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping and/or replacement costs.
We recommend customers monitor tracking information closely and ensure packages can be delivered to a secure location.
Order Inspection & Claims
We want you to receive your order exactly as expected! Once your order is delivered, we kindly ask that you open and inspect all items as soon as possible.
Any claims(including those through 3rd-party shipping insurance providers) for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 6 months of the confirmed delivery date
Reporting Timeline
- All claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be submitted within 6 months of delivery.
- Claims submitted within this 6-month window may qualify for replacement parts or products at no additional cost, pending review and approval.
- Claims submitted after 6 months from the confirmed delivery date will not be eligible for free replacement.
Claims After 6 Months
If damage or missing items are reported more than 6 months after confirmed delivery:
- Free replacements may not be provided.
- Discounted replacement parts or products may be offered at PRx Performance’s discretion.
- Customers will be responsible for any applicable shipping charges.
We strongly encourage customers to open, inspect, and verify all components as soon as possible after delivery to ensure a smooth resolution process if needed.
Clearance items
Only regular inventory items are eligible for a refund. Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@prxperformance.com and send your item to:

If items eligible for exchange are not shipped to PRx within 14 days of receiving their replacement product, the customer will be responsible for the FULL purchase price of their replacement product.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
