PRx Profile® Incline Folding Bench

5 reviews

In development for over two years and top requested product of all time, we're proud to introduce our PRx Profile® INCLINE Folding Bench. While our customers love the OG - the PRx Profile® Flat Folding Bench - a lot of them say they would extra love it if it inclined. Well here it is - time for the extra love!

This is the bench you need for the space you have. The PRx Profile® Incline Folding Bench can adjust to 12 total positions, covering everything from flat to the military press position. Engineered to fit perfectly within all of our wall-mounted racks,* the Incline Folding Bench will line up with your rack, so you can get straight to your lift without fuss, no matter the incline position.

Lift confidently with a bench that is sleek for recreational users, yet robust enough for the most dedicated lifters with a 1000lb capacity. All you need to do is pull out from the wall, and the bench deploys to the flat position. Adjust it to your preferred incline level and you’re ready to go.

All done? Simply fold back onto the wall in one motion for a low-profile bench that sticks out only inches when stored.

Made in USA. Patented and Patent Pending.

*While the Fold-In Murphy Rack is fully compatible with the Incline Folding Bench, the uprights may not fold in completely flat due to the profile of the bench when stored on the wall.

All mounting hardware is included. Ships fully assembled.

The required space for your Incline Folding Bench for proper use within your rack is 65" height on the wall, 66" from the wall, and 50" of total width. This allows space for the bench to be properly stored, deployed, and used.

The Incline Folding Bench mounts onto two 16" studs, centered between any of our wall-mounted racks. If your studs are not spaced 16" apart, or you have unevenly spaced studs, you will need a ledger board.

The Incline Folding Bench mounts to the wall slightly lower than the PRx Profile® Flat Folding Bench. If you have an obstruction that is 8-15" from the floor (such as an outlet, foundation lip, or a wall bracket for your rack), please email us at for details.

Exceeds expectations

We all brouse and shop PRX because of their high quality and performance products... I waited a year for my new folding incline bench and I have not been disappointed. It compliments my folding deck which completes my garage setup perfectly. Both products are strong, durable, and have not let me down... they won't for you either...

PRx Performance

Glad you like your new bench Derek, it looks great! PS - the two stickers on the pad can be removed after installation if you'd like. They're just reminders of where to put your hands for the first deployment :)

PRx continues to impress me with their commitment to excellence and reliability with their latest product, the retractable incline bench. I'm unable to fit a freestanding bench between the rack and my wall, so an incline barbell press was not an option until this bench came along. It moves quite well into and out of the storage position, just like the flat bench, and is adjustable for multiple degrees of incline. The seat and backrest materials seem more sturdy than my original flat bench, and the entire apparatus feels sturdy and safe under weight. If you're an existing PRx rack owner with a flat bench and want more options for barbell presses, get this bench and replace. It's definitely a step up. For new customers, consider the upgrade to this bench when designing your space. Great job, PRx, and great service to go along with the impressive products! *Beta Tester

Great Bench

This bench arrived with very easy to remove packaging that still provided awesome protection. The incline options are varied and allow good support for both barbell, dumbbell, and chest supported movements. After install the bench was a little stiff to adjust into the various incline positions but loosened up nicely after about 3-4 uses and now moves exactly as I want. I couldn’t ask for more when it allows me to do my accessory work without taking up extra space. *Beta Tester

Perfect Complement to my PRx Rack

Fits right in the middle and folds just like the rack. Built solidly with a thick, comfortable pad. Several incline positions make it very versatile. *Beta Tester
