Integrated Storage

testimonial five star rating

Integrated Storage keeps your cable attachments locked in and out of the way. Plastic-protected bends let you rest attachments safely—no swinging metal, no scratched uprights, no bruised shins.

Range of Motion Tube

testimonial five star rating

The 3x3" Range of Motion Tube kicks the footplate out from the upright, giving you more room to move and lift freely. That extra space means deeper pulls, smoother reps, and a more natural training position.

    Pretty good

Overall, the footplate does its job and is well built & engineered. A bit expensive and heavy so I am looking for additional ways to use it besides just seated rows. I was hoping I could use it as a leg hold down for lat pulldowns but I feel like I it puts me a little too far away from the rack when using my PRx functional trainer for that movement.
