Landmines

A barbell landmine anchors one end of your barbell while allowing the other end to move through a wide range of motion. It’s a simple addition to your home gym that opens up new ways to press, pull, squat, rotate, and train your entire body without adding another large piece of equipment.

Slide your Olympic barbell into the landmine, add weight plates to the opposite end, and you’re ready to train. From heavy rows and presses to rotational movements and lower-body exercises, a landmine attachment lets you put your barbell to work beyond traditional squats, bench press, and deadlifts.

Landmine exercises can target your upper body, lower body, and core while letting you train through angles that can be difficult to recreate with a traditional barbell setup. Add landmine rows, presses, squats, lunges, Romanian deadlifts, and rotational movements to your strength training routine, or use different handles and attachments to create even more exercise options.

Because the barbell follows an angled path from its anchored position, landmine training can also bring a different feel to familiar movements. Load it heavy for strength work, lighten things up for higher-rep accessory exercises, or work landmine movements into a full-body workout. One barbell, one anchor point, plenty of ways to put in the work.

The best landmine setup depends on the equipment and space you already have. The Profile® Landmine Attachment mounts to a compatible upright or crossmember, giving you a dedicated landmine setup integrated with your rack. A wall-mounted landmine gives your barbell a permanent anchor point while keeping the setup close to the wall and out of the way between workouts.

Want even more flexibility? A post landmine can be positioned without permanently mounting it to your wall or rack, making it easy to add landmine training wherever you have room to move. Choose the setup that works with your gym, grab your barbell, and start adding more angles to your training.

More movement from equipment you already own.
