Coach Matt "bailz" Bailey

Matt 'Bailz' Bailey is a key member of PRx Performance, where he serves as a Sales Representative and assists with Customer Service and online consults. Known as the company's strong man, he has also led the team in the warehouse.

Matt began his CrossFit and fitness journey in 2010 while training with the football team at Crown College. He joined CrossFit 701 in 2014 and has been an enthusiastic member ever since. Matt earned his CrossFit Level 1 Certification in 2019 and achieved his Level 2 Certification in 2024. Today, he proudly coaches and owns CrossFit 701 in Fargo, ND.

Through coaching and owning a CrossFit gym, Matt witnesses how fitness unites people from diverse backgrounds towards a common goal. Seeing individuals realize their true strength brings him immense joy and motivates him to continue supporting them. Gainz for life!
