FAQ's

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your entire order to ship from our warehouse in Fargo, ND. Most products ship within 3-5 business days ...unless we're experiencing high order volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) Your order confirmation email will give you the most accurate information for shipping times.

All Pre-Order and Back Ordered Products will ship as soon as they come available on first come first serve basis. Please reference the Product page for most accurate timeline or contact customer service.

We ship our orders via Fed Ex Ground. Transit usually takes 3-7 business days.

FedEx sometimes splits the orders up, but it looks like all your boxes have been delivered. You can click on your tracking number, scroll down, and click on the tab 'Multi-piece Shipment'. Once you click on that, it will show all of your tracking numbers and packages associated with your order, which ones were delivered, and which ones are still on the way.

All back ordered products will ship as soon as they become available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

PRx strives to be as up front as possible regarding lead times on products that are back ordered, prior to check out.

All products on Pre-Order ship on a "first come, first serve" basis. The most up to date information is located on the product page at time of purchase. These dates may be changed when multiple pre-order groups are needed.

Unfortunately, we do not yet have any international distributors or direct international shipping available at this time. We are currently working toward establishing an Australian distributor within the next 6 months, with European distribution to follow afterward.

At this time, due to the time and resources required, we are unable to assist with pallet weights, dimensions, or international shipping logistics. However, if you would still like to place an order internationally, you are welcome to arrange shipping through a freight forwarder based in the continental US. When placing your order online, you would simply use the freight forwarder’s shipping address at checkout. We will ship the order to them, and they can then forward it to your location. Alternatively, you may arrange your own carrier to pick up the order directly from our headquarters in Fargo, ND.

PRx Performance has partnered with Bread Pay to offer our customers a quick and easy way to apply for financing. With Bread, you can purchase the home gym you need today and pay for it over time.

How does it work?

Once you reach check out, select Bread Pay as your payment option. Simply provide the requested basic information to see if you qualify for financing. The process is fast - you can know whether you qualify within minutes! Pre-qualification does not affect your credit score and all of your data is securely handled. If you are offered loan terms that are satisfactory to you, you can complete your purchase. 

After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email from PRx Performance. When your loan starts, Bread will contact you directly to coordinate payments.

Another financing option available to you when you shop with PRx Performance is PayPal Credit, a reusable credit line. 

How does it work?

Once you reach check out on our site, select PayPal as your payment option. This takes you to the PayPal payment portal, where you'll be prompted to log in to your PayPal account. Once logged in, you will have the option to either Pay Now or Pay with PayPal Credit. If you select PayPal Credit, you will go through a quick pre-approval process. If approved, you can proceed to with PayPal Credit.

We offer an ongoing 6% discount for Military Members and First Responders. You can receive your code by clicking on the GovX ID button above the "Checkout" icon in your cart and verifying your service. Effective January 1, 2025, PRx Performance LLC provides a warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Depending on the product category, coverage ranges from 90 days to a limited lifetime warranty, with PRx repairing or replacing defective products at its discretion once proof of purchase and documentation of the defect are provided. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, environmental damage, certain weight plate misuse, or PRx-branded apparel. Warranty coverage is non-transferable, applies only to the original purchaser, and is subject to additional terms regarding discontinued products, powder coating, and third-party manufactured items.

For any returns within 30 days, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping and a 10% restocking fee equal to the amount of the original item cost. Outbound shipping costs from the original order are nonrefundable. If you decide to return a product, we will send you a FedEx return label. The product needs to be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label. The cost of the return label would be deducted from your final refund. We will process your return within a week of receiving the returned product. If accepted, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

For any returns outside of the 30 day return window, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping and a 10% restocking fee equal to the amount of the original item cost. Outbound shipping costs from the original order are nonrefundable. The customer will also need to provide photos of the products in a returnable condition. If accepted, the refund will be issued as an eGift Card. The cost of the return label would be deducted from your final refund. We will process your return within a week of receiving the returned product.

PRx wall mounted products are designed to be mounted to wall studs spaced 16" or 24" apart. If you have irregular stud spacing we recommend attaching a 2" by 8" ledger board spanning at least 4 existing studs for both the top and bottom brackets of your folding squat rack. The ledger board and hardware to mount the ledger board can be found at any local hardware store. We would recommend using 4" lag screws to attach the ledger board to studs. Once the ledger board is placed on the wall, the wall brackets can be placed directly onto the ledger board with the hardware that we provide. 

When installing the Profile® Weight Stack Functional Trainer, 2 ledger boards will be required for the top wall brackets and one for the bottom brackets

Yes, you can mount a rack to concrete, but we do recommend you hire a professional. Many customers have used wedge anchors or shield anchors. Those who used Tapcons (eight or ten 5/16" x 3" screws) have been happy with the ease of use and lasting sturdiness. If installed correctly, mounting to concrete can be stronger than mounting to wooden studs (our standard installation). We do include lag screws for mounting the rack to wooden studs (with or without drywall). Your installer will need to supply their own anchors.

For sloped floors, we'd recommend using something like our Leveling Foot Plug. Essentially, you'll go through your installation normally, making sure that the wall brackets are level on the wall. Then you’ll attach the plug to the bottom of the upright that's not on the ground.

We have had customers install outdoors in the past! Please note that overtime the equipment may rust, specifically the inside of the uprights which are not powder coated. Our recommendation is to install indoors, but it is possible to install outdoors if you wish!
