Halo Arms®

Halo arms add serious versatility to your rack, giving you the freedom to press, row, and push through movements that free weights alone can’t replicate. Sometimes called jammer arms or lever arms, these attachments let you train explosive power, controlled strength, and sport-specific patterns, all from your home gym. Compact and adjustable, halo arms make your rack more than just a place to squat. They turn it into a complete training system.

The terms halo arms, jammer arms, and lever arms are often used interchangeably in the lifting world. All describe rack-mounted attachments that swing on a pivot, simulating pressing or pushing movements. The design creates a safer, controlled path of motion while still letting you load heavy. No matter what you call them, these arms are a go-to tool for lifters who want explosive drive without the risks of free barbell throws.

One major benefit of halo arms is the ability to train each side independently—also known as iso arm training. This type of work helps expose and fix strength imbalances while demanding more core stability. Whether you’re building pressing power, dialing in a strong lockout, or improving functional movement, iso training with jammer arms or lever arms adds a layer of intensity that barbells and dumbbells can’t always provide.
