United StatesRing dips are an occasional element of my workouts, but I struggle with stability on the rings. For high volume, I need to scale the movement. Using a box or bench for dips has been okay, but this dip station has been the best addition to my garage gym. It slides onto the Profile ONE quickly, and the wall storage keeps it nicely out of the way. An excellent option for adding challenging but safe dip options.
