Overview
The PRx Profile® Flat Folding Weight Bench mounts on the wall and fits perfectly within any of our Profile® ONE, Profile® PRO, and Murphy Racks.
Standard weight benches take up a lot of space - but not our flat folding weight bench! Sitting only inches from the wall when stored, our patented weight bench is sleek when folded up, and super sturdy when folded out.
Once mounted to the wall, there's no special trick to use the weight bench. Simply pull it out and you're ready to lift. To store, fold the weight bench back onto the wall with one motion. It's that easy!

Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

Love that this bench is sturdy and tucks away nicely at our workout station in the garage. I got this as a Christmas present for my husband who got us one of the PRX racks early last year. We have an adjustable bench that unfortunately is not the safest as it slammed down on the floor while in use because the lock pin was not properly placed and it also was unstable and not very sturdy.
We are loving all the PRX equipment we have and the investment to have the gym right at home.

The bench I purchased separately from the rest of the system. Simply because I wasn't sure whether I wanted the ability to incline the bench or not. I'm happy with the flat bench. It works great, stores brilliantly and is of good quality. The entire PRx system is hands down one of the best I've ever used, the ability to store as it does, makes for a gym that is out of the way until I'm ready to use it.
