Battle Rope Burner

Let’s add a little bit of cardio to your garage gym routine with the Battle Rope Burner. 

Step 1: Grab a battle rope and loop it around the pull-up bar 4 times.

Step 2: The more times you loop the battle rope around the pull-up bar, the harder it will be

Step 3: Grab one end and start to pull the rope down until you nearly reach the end.

Step 4: Switch ends of the rope, and pull again until you get nearly to the end again. Pull one side to the other side to continue the battle rope burn.
