Step 1: Set your barbell up on the Jcups to abdominal height
Step 2: Grab the proper resistance mobility band to hold your weight on the bar
Step 3: Loop your band through the hole of the weight
Step 4: Connect the other end of the band to the barbell
Step 5: Start rolling the barbell sleeve until the plate hits the top
Step 6: Roll the barbell sleeve in reverse until the weight hits the ground
Step 7: Repeat 5 times
