Tricep Dips with Mobility Bands

For today's Home Gym Hack, we'll be taking it to the next level with Tricep Dips with Mobility Bands.

To setup, place the spotter arms at about chest height on the rack. String two mobility bands across the spotter arms, one at the front and one at the back. Then, take two more bands and put those over top of the ones already on the spotter arms to add extra tension. You need the added tension to make sure they'll hold your body weight off the ground.

To perform your tricep dip, get in between the mobility bands and grab each mobility band in the middle. Kick your legs up and do your reps. The dips will be a little more difficult because the mobility bands will be wobbly and you have to work a little more to stay stable. This exercise is great to add into your chest or arm workout!

Here is a demonstration video.
