Hi Nicolette – we sell a pulley system that straps onto the pull-up bar of your folding rack. Our system comes with a 20" straight bar included, but if you have a lat pull down bar, you can simply clip our straight bar off and clip your lat bar on!

Can a lat pull down bar be used with the PRX system (profile)?
Hi Todd! The pull-up bar shown in this video was a home-made system, but our PRx Wall Mount Pull-up Bar should do the trick! If you email us at sales@prxperformance.com we can give you more info about how to set this up in your space!

How is your “pull-up” bar attached here? I would like to add a pull up bar, but my ceilings were too low to be on my rack.
