For today's Home Gym Hack, we'll be hitting the glamour muscles with the PRx preacher curl. We'll create the preacher curl setup by using a spotter arm and placing it on our rack. To start, set the spotter arm a little higher than hip height. If you would like a softer surface than the metal spotter arm, simply grab a bath towel and put that over top. Now that you have your spotter arm ready, grab your bar and dig your arm pits into the spotter arm and then perform your preacher curls. Make sure to use your legs as little as possible and focus on using just your biceps to curl the weight.
