It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)
Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

This weight/size is red which goes with my color scheme. I use it primarily for one-arm rows instead of a dumbbell and started finding other uses such as warming up for squats, etc. Looks great and feels even better.

My only complaint is that your company never offer free shipping on any of your merchandise when ordering. I have bought plenty of PRx products and not once the shipping was paid by PRx.
