United StatesNot only do these provide an added layer of safety since I lift alone, they also provide a depth gauge for my squats. I have been working on getting deeper into a squat and I set these to a height that gives me feedback when I hit the depth I am going for. Bar touches the arms and I push back up. It’s also great to know that if I do get stuck (hasn’t happened yet ) the arms are their for me to bail. Great quality and I will be ording more equipment from PRX.
