Overview
The PRx Slam Ball is designed to absorb the energy of a slam with no bounce. These make a great addition to your gym due to their versatility and durability. The shifting weight helps strengthen hands and grip. In addition to slams, use for Russian twists, sit ups, balance on for push ups, goblet squats, or hold one between your feet for pull-ups.
Compatible with our PRx Medicine Ball Storage.

Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.
