How long does it take to ship?

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)

Do you offer installation services?

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?

Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

    Meets Expectations

    Delivered fast. Fits perfect. Exactly what I expected. Only complaint, is it wobbles a little, but its to be expected (adds to workout). Make sure you order the correct one for your rack (I screwed this up and had to return it, 100% my fault)

    Dip Attachment

    I love the dip bar! However, it seems like it was made for one of your thicker weight racks. It still works with my weight rack but it doesn’t fit snug and can wobble a bit .
