Wall Brackets mount to 16" or 24" on center studs. If studs are unevenly spaced, a ledger board is required.

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)
Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

My rack order arrived within 3 days and was complete. I installed everything and ran into an issue regarding measurements on my shortened ceiling. I contacted customer service and they quickly realized I had been sent old installation instructions and measurements were off for my space. I was unable to change my concrete installation set up, so they offered a few options and made it right to my satisfaction with good communication. I’m loving the space saving factor and everything is top quality. I was able to set it up alone fairly easily.
