It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)
Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

This is set up in our basement weight area, which currently happens to also be in the family room. It's footprint is perfect to keep it out of the way and still get our strength workouts in. Sturdy and holds our moderate bar/weights. Very pleased with it.
