The Grind Plush Plyo-Box is designed for people who want to box jump, step up, split squat, box squat, and more without worrying about injury from a failed rep. The inside weight distributes to the bottom of the plyo box for added stability. This plyo weighing 30lb is not your ordinary light weight foam plyo that tips in the wind!

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

Our pre-built equipment packages are completely customizable once you are in your cart. Go ahead and add the entire package to your cart, from there you will be able to add or remove any items you'd like!
