Overview
The GRIND Fitness 3-in1 Wood Plyo Box has 20", 24", and 30" height abilities. Simply flip the box to get a different height for box jumps, squats, and lunges. Made with 9 layers of wood along with a middle support member, this box is durable to withstand many years of garage workouts.

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)
Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

Our pre-built equipment packages are completely customizable once you are in your cart. Go ahead and add the entire package to your cart, from there you will be able to add or remove any items you'd like!
