We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

Took a bit of time to layout and install but it is pretty straightforward. Once it was installed I absolutely love this product. It stores easily for space saving and is very sturdy for weight lifting and doing pull-ups. Would highly recommend.

The rack is fantastic and easy to fold and expand. If it’s a bit difficult to lift it into its storage position, you can loosen some of the nuts to make it easier to lift the rack.

I love this rack and the only thing I would change is for the pull-up bar to be offset so that I could do kipping pull-ups. It is sturdy and so far so good. I was thinking if there were a way to adjust the rack to be further away from the wall for pull ups and so it would be easier to spot bench press. Other than that it is working fantastic.

So I agree with the other review, installation was pretty rough. Directions weren't as clear and straight forward as I hoped. But once installed, it's beautiful, but super heavy still. Those shocks that help will give out sooner or later. Also the pin that locks the rack to the wall doesn't work. The holes on the rack don't line up with the support bracket, so that really sucks. Not sure how they missed that. Also, the rack locking system that locks the rack down, has the same problem. It's like the rack is missing a hole in an area. And I 100% installed it correctly, all other functions work and work smoothly. But locking it down and locking it up is a serious issue. No, nothing is upside down. I think it's just poor design.

This rack does everything I want. Build quality is fantastic, and I love the ability to fold it up against the wall to clear up floor space for other exercises. The way this design rotates up is much better than the racks which fold in from the sides. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality collapsible squat rack.
