United StatesWe're really excited to have the high and low pulley options with our folding rack, but installing it is a pain in the butt. It's not inherently difficult to install, but the instructions are not helpful - our box was missing the instructions for the high pulley so we had to pull up a YouTube tutorial. Be prepared to buy new tools for the project and take a solid amount of time to put things together
