For today's home gym hack we are going to be doing some strong man training by making our own DIY farmer carry handles with bumper weight plates and two mobility bands. For today's demonstration, we'll be using a green mobility band and a 45 lbs and 25 lbs plate for each hand. First, put both bumper plates together and feed the mobility band through the hole of the plates. Looping them together will create the handle for the farmer carry. Choose any distance to walk to and back, grab each handle, and perform the farmer carry.
