Step 1: Pull the rower seat to the back of the rower
Step 2: Sit on the floor with your as close to the rower as possible
Step 3: Lay on your back with your feet on the seat
Step 4: Place your hands at your sides for stability throughout the movement
Step 5: Push your hips to the sky as your shoulders stay on the floor
Step 6: Stay in this position
Step 7: Extend your legs out, and squeeze your hamstrings on the way back in
Step 8: Your butt should be off the floor throughout the whole movement.
