Bulgarian Split Squat Hack | Home Gym Hacks

Split Squat Stand Hack

Split squats are great to work on unilateral leg strength without compressing your spine.

While split squat stands help, they’re a one trick pony that will take up unnecessary space in your home gym when it’s not in use.

In this home gym hack I’ll show you how to recreate a stand just using an adjustable weight bench.

Split Squat Stand Hack Equipment

Here’s what you need:

Adjustable weight Bench: This will cradle your hind foot and stabilize it

Setting Up The Split Squat Stand Hack

1. Set the incline: Incline the seat and back pad to create a “V” that will cradle your hind foot

2. Hind foot: Rest the top of your hind foot on the “V”

3. Go Time: Split squat without having to worry about your hind leg moving around
