Recommended ceiling heights for ONE and PRO Folding Squat Racks:

89" Racks - 107" Ceiling

95" Racks - 113" Ceiling

Ceiling heights lower than the recommended height require mounting the wall brackets lower. The lower the wall brackets are mounted, the result will be less depth from the wall and more angled arms.
