Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

I am a complete newbie to kettlebells.
The hard part about starting a routine is to know what weight to use for my casual workout.
Rather than buy a bunch of weights, hoping to find the right ones, I opted to go with the adjustable variety. I did not want to spend money on weights that I would not use.
And the adjustable kettlebell allows me to increase my weight as I progress.
The build quality seems great.
It is very solid. I have no fear of it breaking.
The handle is a little narrow for a two-handed grip, but I checked at a local store for a fixed weight kettlebell, and it is rather similar in size.
The width of the bell is also comparable in size to a fixed-weight of the same size at its maximum setting.
At its minimum setting, it is a little wide in comparison to its fixed-weight cousins, so you have to keep that in mind while swinging it.
The mechanism for adjusting it is rather stiff.
I do not know if that will loosen up over time.
But I do not want it to be too loose while swinging it, so I am happy with it for now.
I contacted Support prior to purchasing this, and they were prompt in their reply and gave me an honest answer rather than reading something from a script or FAQ.
And it shipped in a very timely fashion.
