Time to hit the upper back muscles with the Hex Bar Row on the PRx Landmine!
First, insert the hex bar into the landmine instead of the traditional barbell (it's a danger to the "family jewels" otherwise). Then lock your weights on to the other end of the hex bar. Load a weight you are comfortable with and go up from there. Use a green mobility band and double it up to make it shorter if needed. The mobility band will be used as your handle and will be positioned right behind the weights on the bar. Bending over slightly, pull your hands into your stomach to execute the movement.
