Equipment needed:

  • Rack with J-cups
  • Mobility Bands
  • Bench

Today we are showing a movement that we have had a lot of requests on how to do: the leg curl. This can be done in your garage or home gym without a special machine by using a bench, rack, and mobility band. First you will have to setup for the movement.
Switch your J-cups to the other side of your rack and string your mobility band across the J-cups, leaving about six inches of clearance from the top of your bench. Then, lie face down on your bench, with your feet under the mobility band. Finally, perform your leg curl by using the resistance of the band pulling away from your rack.
Now go give it a try and look out for our next post on how to do a leg extension in your home gym!
If you have any questions or recommendations, please comment and let us know! We would love to help you figure out how to add new movements into your home workouts.
