United StatesThe quality of the bar is not what I expected at all. I have a Rogue Olympic bar 45 lbs and to compare between the two this bar definitely not the feeling. Looks too cheaply made.
The junior bar (which is 10kg, our lightest bar) is made of the same steel, coating, and bushings as our high quality 15kg and 20kg Olympic Elite Bars!
United StatesI love the size of the JR bar… it’s lighter; around 22 lbs and can be used for many different exercises without being too heavy. It’s also a great weight for beginners!

United StatesWe ordered the 25kg first but realized it was too much for my wife and daughter to lift. Their hands were smaller and the 10kg we got as replacement was a perfect fit for their hand grip. We are definitely happier with this bar as it not only serves best our purpose but also has worked better to help me with my post-surgical recovery as I don’t have to use so much strength maintain grip and I can now focus on proper form rather than trying to hold good grip and manage the heavier weight. Digo Otelo recommend for women, younger teens and worked wonders for me as a men with upper body grip restrictions. A+ for this bar!
