So why train with a sandbag? Sandbags are used for unstable load training, which helps improve core strength and stability. The filler shifts inside the sandbag when moved and as a result, your muscles are forced to work harder and continually make adjustments. Easily swap out the RPM Sandbag with any movement you perform with a barbell, dumbbell, or kettlebell!

The bag itself has nine reinforced handles for versatile lifting, grappling, hauling, and throwing.
