Bench timeframes have been delayed, but plates are making a slow comeback! 

1. We made a mistake. We overpromised and underdelivered our estimated timeframes for folding benches. We’re very sorry for this miscalculation and we’re working hard to get everyone their benches as quickly as possible!

2. Plates are still scarce, BUT we have been receiving small batches in sporadically. Keep an eye on our website for available weight plates – hope to have lots more in the near future!

We're off July 3rd - but our website is open! 

1. We're shipping approximately 5 weeks after orders have been placed. First come, first served - get your order in today! 

2. Plates are scarce and we don't know when we'll be getting enough to put back on our site. We continue to work with our manufactures to get stocked back up. 

3. To address the increased demand and questions, we've quadrupled our customer service team. Delivering awesome customer service is still our number 1 priority (right ahead of plate procurement and getting caught up on shipping) and our goal is to reply to every email within one business day.

Increased Daily Sales Limit! 

You spoke and we listened. Starting Tuesday 4/21/20, we're increasing our daily sales limit! This should help all of you who have been struggling to get your orders in.

Our shipping window will remain at 4-6 weeks. Along with this, we will continue shipping all of your orders on a first-come-first-served basis. If you have an item that is back-ordered, we will ship the available items immediately, and send the back-ordered items once they become available.

Packages will be unavailable until further notice due to the unavailability of different items within the packages. Please use our Build Your Own Package option and add the available items to your cart.

Checkout to reopen noon (CT) 4/13/20!

Our employees need a weekend to regroup, get refreshed, and spend time with their families. Due to this,  we will not be accepting orders over Easter weekend. Please be assured that our checkout will be open for business again at noon (CT) on Monday, April 13th!

Implementing Daily Sales Limits

Due to increased order volume, inventory shortages, and the health of our employees, we're implementing a daily sales limit.

What does this mean?

Starting tonight (Tuesday, March 24) at 11:59pm CST, our checkout will 'close' and going forward will 'reopen' at noon daily. While the checkout is closed, you'll still be able to browse the site and add/remove items to your cart. At noon, you'll be able to proceed to checkout and complete your order. Once we meet the designated daily sales limit, the checkout will 'close' until noon the next day.
