After my wife went into remission, we were finally ready to move into our dream home. Our motto was “we’re not just moving out; we’re moving on”, and a big part of that became taking care of myself so I can best take care of my family. Strength training became my biggest tool in that effort, and the Profile® PRO squat rack and all it does gave me the foundation to build myself at home. The Swiss bar is so important for different grips on my 45 year old joints, and I recently added the Halo Arms to provide a machine like option that turned out to have free weight feel and results.

Unique Addtions

My epoxy flooring brings it together for me and I added the Govee Ultra Glide Hex lights for mood. Of course, a nice monitor with a speaker to stream or listen to music while lifting, and a husky workbench to get things done even while lifting, or just a place to put my coffee, water, and protein drink.
