We built our gym at 69 years old, proving that you’re never too old to invest in your health and fitness.
My weightlifting journey began when I was 15 years old after my dad joined a gym. His dedication and passion for fitness had a huge influence on me and inspired a lifelong commitment to strength training.
After decades of working out in commercial gyms, I grew tired of waiting for a bench or a set of dumbbells. It seemed like no one ever put the equipment back where it belonged, and the commute became more of a hassle than it was worth.
My wife and I decided it was time to build our own gym at home. Now we can work out whenever we want without the inconvenience of driving to a gym or waiting for equipment to become available. We absolutely love our PRx equipment. It fits perfectly in our small space and allows us to have a functional, organized, and professional quality gym right at home. The space saving design makes the most of every square foot and the quality is outstanding.
Building our home gym has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. It has made fitness more convenient, enjoyable, and accessible and we look forward to many more years of training together.
