During the early days of the pandemic, when gyms shut down, I decided to take control of my fitness journey by building a garage gym. What started as a simple solution to stay active quickly became a passion project. I began piecing together equipment, learning as I went, and transforming a corner of my garage into a space that felt like my own man cave. One of the biggest game-changers was discovering PRx Performance. Their space-saving, wall-mounted gear was perfect for my setup. The fold-away squat rack gave me the versatility I needed without sacrificing room, and their quality made every workout feel like I was training in a professional facility.

One of my favorite memories in that garage gym was doing Murph with my nephew and daughter. It wasn’t just about the reps or the sweat; it was about the shared experience. Watching my daughter push through the run and my nephew grind out the pull-ups reminded me why I built the gym in the first place: to create a space for growth, resilience, and connection.
