The PRx Squat Wedges are designed for progressive training. Their heavy-duty construction and anti-slip grip tape will help you stay confident while you work on increasing your squat depth, strengthening your knees and ankles, or just plain killing those quads. The simple nesting design allows them to easily be stored when not in use.

Choose between 15° and 30° heights based on your mobility and intended use! 

Sold in pairs, available with or without storage solution, 15° or 30°.

How long does it take to ship?

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)

Do you offer installation services?

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?

Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

    PRx Squat Wedges are next level!

    We got PRx squat wedges about 7 months ago for our home gym and they've really complimented our work outs. To start, I have knee issues from a torn meniscus and wear tear over the decades. The PRx squat wedges have been a huge help with strengthening my knees with "knee over toes" combinations, single leg RDLs, step ups and other wedge therapy exercises. They've also been a game changer on my leg training days with dead lifts, they target my quads, hamstrings and glutes much differently than traditional dead lifts. There are so many new exercises we are learning along the way too with these wedges. PRx squat wedges are a must for your home gym and the quality is premium for the affordable price point!
