The PRx Squat Wedges are designed for progressive training. Their heavy-duty construction and anti-slip grip tape will help you stay confident while you work on increasing your squat depth, strengthening your knees and ankles, or just plain killing those quads. The simple nesting design allows them to easily be stored when not in use.
Choose between 15° and 30° heights based on your mobility and intended use!
Small addition but these things go a long way! These are perfect for burning up your legs during leg day, and I'm constantly using these for supersets. They can be helpful for single leg movements or using them in reverse to lift your toes and get a better stretch while doing RDLs for example. Must have!

PRx Squat Wedges are next level!
We got PRx squat wedges about 7 months ago for our home gym and they've really complimented our work outs. To start, I have knee issues from a torn meniscus and wear tear over the decades. The PRx squat wedges have been a huge help with strengthening my knees with "knee over toes" combinations, single leg RDLs, step ups and other wedge therapy exercises. They've also been a game changer on my leg training days with dead lifts, they target my quads, hamstrings and glutes much differently than traditional dead lifts. There are so many new exercises we are learning along the way too with these wedges. PRx squat wedges are a must for your home gym and the quality is premium for the affordable price point!
