User Generated Content Terms of Use

At PRx Performance, we love seeing how our customers make space for strength at home. These User Generated Content Terms of Use explain how we may use photos, videos, reviews, comments, captions, testimonials, and other content you share with us or post publicly.

By tagging @PRxPerformance, using PRx-related hashtags such as #MyPRxGym #PRxPerformance or #PRxCrew, submitting content through a PRx form, or otherwise sharing content with PRx, you agree to these terms.

Permission to Use Your Content

You own your content. However, by sharing content with PRx, you give PRx Performance permission to use, repost, publish, edit, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with PRx marketing, advertising, social media, email, website, product, sales, and promotional materials.

This may include use on PRxPerformance.com, PRx social media channels, emails, digital ads, product pages, landing pages, customer stories, Home Gym Hero features, and other PRx marketing channels.

PRx may use your content with or without your name, username, handle, caption, image, likeness, voice, or other information you publicly shared or submitted with the content.

No Compensation or Guarantee of Use

Unless we have a separate written agreement with you, PRx does not owe payment, free product, commission, royalty, discount, or other compensation for using your content.

Sharing content with PRx does not guarantee that we will feature, repost, publish, or use it. PRx may choose not to use content or may remove content at any time.

What You Confirm

By sharing content with PRx, you confirm that:

• You created the content or have permission to share it.

• You have permission from anyone shown, heard, named, or referenced in the content.

• Your content does not violate anyone else’s rights.

• Your content is truthful and reflects your honest experience.

• Your content does not include anything unlawful, harmful, misleading, offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

PRx may choose not to use or may remove content that shows unsafe product use, unsafe installation, dangerous training activity, or anything else we believe could create confusion, risk, or a poor customer experience.

Privacy

Any personal information collected or used by PRx will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Requesting Removal

If you would like PRx to remove your content from a PRx-owned channel, please contact us at support@prxperformance.com with enough information for us to locate the content.

We will make reasonable efforts to remove it where practical, but we may not be able to remove content that has already been shared, reposted, saved, printed, distributed, or used by third parties.

Updates

PRx may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date.
