Built for serious strength training, the Bright Zinc Midwest Bar is a versatile 45 lb barbell designed to handle both Olympic lifting and powerlifting. Its 28.5 mm shaft, medium diamond knurling, and dual knurling rings provide a secure, consistent grip without center knurling, making it well suited for a wide range of barbell movements.
