How long does it take to ship?

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)

Do you offer installation services?

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?

Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

Band storage
The prx band storage hook is very sturdy & well built. I like to keep my home gym floor clear of items. The prx storage system has made this possible.

Amazing customer service
I spoke with Rachel on several occasions before during and after my purchase. She was able to answer all my questions and was very friendly. I will continue to use their products just based off my experience with her. The equipment came extremely fast. Shipping was more expensive than other companies. They were able to give me a discount that gave me more products for less money even with the more expensive shipping.

Pretty sweet organization addition to the shed gym
