The PRx Profile® Flat Folding Bench mounts on the wall and fits perfectly within any of our Profile® ONE, Profile® PRO, and Murphy Racks.
Standard benches take up a lot of space - but not our flat folding bench! Sitting only inches from the wall when stored, our patented bench is sleek when folded up, and super sturdy when folded out.
Once mounted to the wall, there's no special trick to use the bench. Simply pull it out and you're ready to lift. To store, fold the bench back onto the wall with one motion. It's that easy!
All mounting hardware is included. Ships fully assembled.

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your entire order to ship from our warehouse in Fargo, ND. Many product ship within 3-5 business days ...unless we're experiencing high order volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) Your order confirmation email will give you the most accurate information for shipping times.
All Pre-Order and Back Ordered Products will ship as soon as they come available on first come first serve basis. Please reference the Product page for most accurate timeline or contact customer service.

Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

Love how sleek it is. No more bench that takes up so much space. I can easily unfold and fold back up. Don’t have to perfectly center the bench. I am using it with a Titan fitness space savings rack w/18” side bracing and works perfectly.

Honestly its hard to beat the price for the quality of the Rack. It is built with high quality steel and is heavy duty. My overall goal was to create space in my garage, which is mainly used for automotive related hobbies. I get the best of both worlds with a legit quality workout rack and folding bench and there is more space in my garage. Plus it was on sale shortly after the holidays.

The bench feels great to lie on; good cushion, very stable, wipes off easily. It folds up/down easily, and if it’s screwed in level it won’t wobble a bit. I 100% recommend it if you want to save space and have the money. I purchased mine in the garage sale section for $100 less than it is priced new, and it came pristine in the box and I honestly couldn’t have told you it was pre-owned or had any superficial markings. It’s quality material and I very much look forward to buying more gear from PRX!
