How long does it take to ship?

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process an order in our warehouse...unless we're experiencing peak volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, Shark Tank, etc.)

Do you offer installation services?

We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?

Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

    Great compact bike rack/hanger

    This rack was exactly what’s I wanted to hang my mountain bike in the garage. It’s compact design let

    me mount it in a small space, minimizing the bikes footprint in the garage. My only gripe, if you can call it that, is that the hook with the rubber protective sleeve installed was too narrow to easier fit my front tire. I was able to make it work by removing the sleeve, but would’ve liked to have been able to keep it on the hanger.

    A slightly larger/more open hook, would likely work better for off road tires while still being able to hold slimmer wheels/tires.

    All and all I’m happy with the rack.
