Switch up your grip and put your cable system to work. The PRx Curl Bar Cable Attachment offers multiple hand positions for curls, tricep work, rows, and more, while a swiveling attachment point moves naturally with you through every rep. Pair it with a high or low pulley to bring more variety to your upper-body training.
compatible with high and low pulley
This attachment is compatible with both high and low pulley systems, providing greater variety in your workouts. This allows you to perform a wide range of exercises targeting different muscle groups. By accommodating both pulley heights, the attachment improves your training routine, enabling you to diversify your workouts and achieve a more comprehensive strength and conditioning routine.
Perfect attachment for any cable system! Works great for bicep and tricep movements. Knurling is average, but I don't expect this to be a heavy knurl. Plain and simple I would definitely recommend this attachment to anyone that owns a cable system!
