Take Training One Side at a Time.
Sometimes one handle is all you need. The PRx Single Handle Cable Attachment opens up unilateral rows, presses, curls, extensions, flies, and more, helping you train each side independently while adding variety to your cable workouts. A sliding handle and contoured rubber grip keep movement smooth and comfortable whether you’re working from a high or low pulley.
Contoured grip/Rubber handle
The PRx single handle cable attachment has a contoured rubber handle for a comfortable grip without causing discomfort or irritation to your hands. It gives you a secure hold during workouts, such as rows, presses, and curls, while also enhancing stability and control. The rubber handle reduces the risk of slipping, allowing you to focus on your workout without distractions.
There are very comfortable, I bought two, so matching per side on the pulley kits. Very comfy grip and very good quality. Highly recommend. Would purchase again,
