simple enough, material feels strong. Only critique would be the plastic at the ends is really smooth/slippery, so if you are doing a heavy curl for example where these might be in contact with eachother, they tend to slide against each other really easily.

Keep it Simple
Perfect attachment for any cable system! Works great for bicep and tricep movements. Knurling is average, but I don't expect this to be a heavy knurl. Plain and simple I would definitely recommend this attachment to anyone that owns a cable system!
