Do you offer installation services?
We do not have an installation team. In lieu of one of us showing up on your doorstep, we do have some helpful installation videos that you can find here: Instruction Manuals

How tall do my ceilings need to be?
Below are the standard measurements required. Measurements with a pull-up bar include the Pull-Up, Multi-Grip, and Kipping Bar.

Easier to install than you may think - and this coming from someone who did the i stall solo and had never used an impact driver. If the ra k isn't smooth in coming down and up, check the screws that connect the rack to the wall, once I loosend mine it became smooth like in the videos.

Tight spaces require ingenuity.
I was a little skeptical on how much play there might be in the rack due to being a quad-hinge platform...
After installing, that's no longer a concern.
This rack is surprisingly solid.
The only concern I can verify, from other reviews, is that the incline folding bench is pretty wobbly as you take it down and put it up, but I expected that based on other reviews, and let's be realistic, if you have something that compact and collapsible, this is too be expected; but laying on the bench stationary it feels solid.
Took me 5 years of looking at this to finally get it.
Yes it's expensive.
Should've done it sooner.

Very solid rack, loving the pump I'm getting from back and arm days, better than weights alone by far. Took a few hours to set up solo, taking my time, listening to music, etc. The longest part is making sure the 4 wall contacts are level, lined up with the studs, and at the right distance apart.

Had our eye on the PRX squat rack for a while. Timing was finally right and we got one ordered. First and foremost, product is exactly as we had hoped. Good quality and easily enough install. We have a "standard" garage with the door track in the way. Instructions were easy to follow on how to avoid a conflict with the door track. It did take two people to install, but considering what it is, I am happy with the process. Also happy we went with the Pro version. The pop of color is fun. Worth it for us for the extra $100. There is a wide range of accessories from PRX which is a big plug. I can't think of any cons. Glad we purchased through PRX.

Fast delivery. Installation seemed daunting but going slow and steady it was much easier than I thought it would be. In addition to the written instructions, I also utilized the installation video. It was very helpful. Make sure you have all the tools. I had to make two trips to Menards to get tools I thought I had but didn't.
