Effective Date:January 1, 2025
This warranty is offered by PRx Performance LLC to the original purchaser of our products. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and limitations below.
Warranty Coverage
If a PRx Performance product is found to be defective within the applicable warranty period, PRx will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the original purchaser.
To file a claim:

Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) AND photographs or video of the defect.
PRx will issue a Return Labelif applicable. Return shipping and shipping of replacement product will be covered by PRx.
Products returned without an authorized Return Label will not be accepted.
Repaired or replacement products will be returned with shipping charges prepaid by PRx for U.S. customers. For international customers, return shipping policies vary—please contact us for details.
*Limited Lifetime means for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
Exclusions – What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches, cosmetic blemishes).
Misuse, abuse, or overloading beyond stated weight capacities.
Improper installation or assembly, or installation not approved by PRx Performance.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Accidental damage, including damage during shipping after the initial delivery.
Environmental damage from regular outdoor use or exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or corrosive environments.
Use of incompatible attachments on PRx squat racks (voids warranty for both the rack and the attachment).
Gas shocks for Profile® Racks beyond their stated warranty coverage.
10 and 15lb Bumper Weight Platesdropped from greater than 24 inches from the ground.

Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
PRx reserves the right to make design changes to products without obligation to retrofit previously sold items.
Warranties for products not manufactured by PRx Performance are subject to the original manufacturer’s terms.
All warranties on powder coating cover peeling and rust. Wear and scratching of powder coat attributed to everyday use and wear and tear will not be covered apart from damage caused during the shipping process.
Warranties on Discontinued Items while PRx retains inventory of the discontinued item or its parts. After this time, the customer will be taken care of to the best of the ability of PRx.

Profile PRO Ark - 10/10
It was a long wait but man is it worth it. I’ve had it all setup for a little over a week and I‘m extremely impressed with the functionality and diversity of workouts you can get in. Feels about as close as you can be to a full gym experience. The attachments take a little getting used to, particularly the leg curl/extension, but becomes easy after a couple times. The mag pins are way better than the default pins, highly recommend getting those as they don’t get caught on the little ball tip when inserting into the rack.
If you’re at all handy, it’s really easy to setup, majority of the work is just in the preparation and measurements. Obviously double/triple check all this prior to drilling pilot holes and it’s pretty simple with an impact driver, drill, socket wrench, ratchet wrenches and Allen wrenches. I was able to mount and setup everything without assistance in a couple hours, but having someone to hold the ark upper brackets would be helpful, as with the rack when attaching to the arms. Definitely count out all the hardware included, as some of this was missing for me as was a storage mount. However, Brittni and the PRX team were incredibly responsive and sent replacements for the few things that weren’t received without any hesitation.
Customer service was top notch, instructions were excellent especially alongside the videos. Despite the few missing pieces, this is a 10/10 product and experience. I have truly have 0 complaints about this product or this brand…

All in one
Best choice I’ve made in a very long time. It does take a few hours to set up, and measurements and alignment are key. Even being off by half an inch can throw the whole placement off, which gets frustrating when you have to keep drilling new holes.
But overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. I’m giving it 4/5 stars, mainly because the installation booklet is difficult to follow—the pictures are hard to see, and it’s not always clear which screws go where.
Overall, though, great choice and I’d definitely recommend it.
